Meet Ron and Lexie
Ron Lee, LPC
Ron is a Licensed Professional Counselor, owner of Lee Counseling Services, and co-founder of Texas Marriage Retreat in Weatherford, Texas. His work focuses on helping people understand recurring conflict, clarify expectations, and have more productive conversations.
Lexie Lee
Lexie brings counseling experience with adults, couples, children, and families, along with a master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University. Her background includes teaching life and parenting skills and helping families develop practical ways to relate to one another.

Through FBCC, they help families address the relationship challenges that come with running a business. The work begins with understanding each person’s perspective, the expectations underneath the disagreement, and what the family wants to change.
